Refund Policy

 

 Our policy lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and not have undergone any changes due to weather or thermal conditions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace products that are defective or in poor condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@numaxocolat.com and we will give you instructions.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.


Shipment
To return your product, you must deliver it to the address assigned to you.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
